Offers to Interpret
An Offer to Interpret is intended to accompany "vital documents" in English that will be read by a person that is not proficient in English. An Offer to Interpret may not always satisfy the legal obligation to make a federally-assisted program accessible to those that are not proficient in English.
The offers are in two forms--1) a single document with the offer in 24 languages and 2) individual offers to interpret in a single language.
The first format might be useful in situations where the sender is providing "vital documents" in English and does not know the language of the reader. The remaining formats may be used individually to accompany a document in English where the language of the reader is known.

The Offer to Interpret is available in 47 languages in IFHC's Language Access Guide. Here
